Hello all!

Thanks to those of you who made it to the Zoom class on Monday. As promised, I am sending some info about the books I referenced at the end of the class.

Also, for those of you who would like to establish a daily practice, you may find this youtube link helpful for home practice: https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene

Yoga Journal is also a wonderful resource:

There are the books titles I shared on Monday:

Yoga for Emotional Balance. Simple practices to help relieve anxiety and depression by Bo Forbes, PsyD.

Overcoming Trauma through Yoga. Reclaiming Your Body by David Emerson and Elizabeth Hopper, PhD.

For anyone who had wished to join Monday but didn’t for any reason, here is the link to register to join us next Monday at 6pm and all forthcoming Mondays:  https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYqfu6rrzgsG9KmAMQzBYMVvn_oCk2giXx3
